Triage in General Practice - back by popular demand

Presented by Judy Evans who has many years of experience as a practice nurse and has been actively involved in the development of training and resources to build effective practice teams.

This session has been designed to give you a better understanding of:

  • Key role of reception staff in effective triage
  • Triage as vital to timely access to care
  • Core principles of triage
  • Role of the clinical and non-clinical team
  • Role of policy development and risk

Dinner and refreshments will be provided from 6.00pm

Certificates of attendance will be issued at the end of the session to support your professional development and 2 CPD points will be available for all nurses attending.
